Kizito Nii Amarh Amartey

My works are inspired by social identities, human connections, and culture. I question labels and stereotypes by re-presenting them in different ways to provoke critical thinking. The end product of my work is only the beginning of a new process. My interest is deeply rooted in material culture and conceptual clues, which sustains and links the beginning of one idea to another. I seek engagements and create an eternity of musings. I explore social engagements and take critical interest in depths from spontaneous reactions with materials, spaces, and emotions. My work provides a lens that creates ‘visions’ and transitions in building a community of influence and impact. The end begins another beginning.
