Exhibition Pricing:

– BDT 15,000 for seven days

– BDT 25,000 for fifteen days (online exhibition)

Archive Services:

– 1-month archive service: BDT 5,000

– 3-month archive service: BDT 10,000

*Additional charges may apply for extra storage space.*

Booking Details:

– 30% of the total payment is required in advance to secure the space, at least 10 days before the event.

– The remaining payment must be deposited on the day before the event begins.

Cancellation Policy:

– No refund of advance booking money for cancellations or postponed events.

Catalog and Branding:

– Exhibition organizers must use [www.hasangallery.com](www.hasangallery.com) logo as a co-organizer in accordance with our branding guidelines if they publish an exhibition catalog.

Operational Continuity:

– Please note that regular operational activities, including social media marketing, will continue during exhibitions.

Design Modifications:

– Any modification request to the design format of [www.hasangallery.com](www.hasangallery.com) will not be accepted.

Selection Procedure:

– A recommendation letter from a person in the associated field will be highly appreciated during the portfolio selection process.
